Adidas Adicross II: Golf Shoes For All-Day Use

Those Nike Dunk NGs make for nice  functional golf shoes that let you strut around in the streets, too.  Sometimes, though, you feel like rolling around in something even more casual than golf-equipped basketball shoes.  You might want to switch up some days with the Adidas Adicross II, specialty sneakers that combine classic Adidas styling with a design that’s ideal for the course.

Clad in a low-top cut that look like running sneakers, the shoes should play nice with a whole host of street garb, from cargos to khakis to denims.  That way, you can romp through 18 holes with the exact same kicks you’ll be wearing later when you hit the local clubs.

Unlike standard golf shoes, the Adidas Adicross II features spikeless traction using adiWEAR abrasion-resistant rubber outsoles (100 strategically-placed traction lugs in varying sizes), allowing it to hold strong in the greens without destroying carpets, sidewalks and hardwoods everywhere else.   Features include grooves in the forefoot for increased flexibility and better ground contact throughout swings, EVA sock liner for comfort, and lightweight construction.

The shoes come in three colorways — white/tan brown, black/dark silver and tan brown/black.  Upper is clad in full-grain leather, adding to the rich look and feel, with a pair of lace options.

The Adidas Adicross II are available now, priced at $89.99.
