Designed to add scents to the flow of hot water that hits your body, it turns an erstwhile regular shower into a rejuvenating aromatherapy session. Kinda like what you’d get if you went to a spa. Well, a spa where all they had is a shower and didn’t have people catering to your whims and fancy. So, probably not much of a spa, but awesome all the same.
To use, attach the Aromatherapy Shower Kit to your shower head and move the adjustable arm to ensure the removable pod (which holds the oil blends) is either in direct path of the water stream (if you want the scents directly in the shower) or slightly away from it (if you just want the scents to diffuse through the air moisture). The pods come in three different aromatherapy blends: Breathe (cedarwood atlas, peppermint, lemon, and eucalyptus), Passion (lavender, orange, palmarosa clover, patchouli, and cinammon), and Unwind (orange, bergamot, petitgrain, leavender, patchouli and vetiver). The whole thing measures 9.5 x 6 x 2 inches (l x w x h).
Do note, you’re supposed to only put the oil pods in the arm when showering. After you’re done, place it in the included tray to avoid wasting the oil when no one’s in the shower. They also warn against looking straight into the pod because getting oil in your eyes is probably a horrible idea.
