Technically, you can use any table as a functional gaming desk. Just throw your gaming rig on there, along with your curved monitor and low-latency peripherals, to get everything set up and ready to play. The Arozzi Arena Gaming Desk, however, brings a few appointments that should make it lot more suited for the needs of serious gamers.
Designed with gamers in mind, the desk offers a large spacious surface that should easily accommodate multi-monitor setups, large desktop cases, full-sized gaming peripherals, and whatever else you need to play your favorite AAA titles. At 63 x 32.3 inches (width x depth), the tabletop offers a generous 14 square feet of room, ensuring it will handle all your gear, no matter how many gadgets you like to keep around your primary gaming hub. According to Arozzi, the desk is wide enough to accommodate up to three monitors with individual stands, so you don’t even need a special multi-monitor mount to build a setup that covers your entire line of sight.
The Arozzi Arena Gaming Desk has a curved shape out front to make it easier for the user to inch closer to the screen for those times you need to keep a keen eye on the action, while an adjustable height between 27.9 x 31.9 inches ensures you can place it at the perfect elevation for your monitor setup. Do note, this is not a standing desk, since, let’s be honest, people who spend most of their free time in DOTA 2 or PUBG probably don’t care about that “sitting is the new smoking” nonsense. So yeah, this is strictly for comfortably-seated gamers.
Under the desk sits a table-wide net for catching all your mess of cables, ensuring they won’t be dangling around and catching on to your feet during a particularly active gaming session. Three cutouts strategically located along the table allow you to easily pass through cables to waiting net underneath, so you don’t have to get creative about where to feet your mass of wires. Those same cutouts, by the way, are compatible with grommet-style mounts, so you can easily install mounting arms for multi-monitor setups.
The entire surface of the Arozzi Arena Gaming Desk, by the way, is covered in a microfiber cloth that also doubles as an excellent tracking surface for your mouse, allowing you to play mouse-and-keyboard games without needing an extra mouse pad around. And, yes, the cloth is both removable and washable, so you can clean it up when the wear and tear of marathon gaming (e.g. all the snacks and drinks you spill) starts to take its toll.
For convenience, the whole desk ships disassembled in a box that measures 36.3 x 25 x 10.3 inches. Don’t be daunted, by the way, as assembly should be pretty simple, requiring nothing more than a screwdriver to put it all together. It does weigh a tad over 100 pounds, though, so we’re guessing shopping will tack on a little extra cost to the price of the whole thing. And, u
