D-Torso line of products are laser cut cardboard figures that can be put together by users at their own pace at home. Yuki Matsuoka who is a Japanese designer came up with the concept and these things have apparently been selling like hot cakes in Japan.
Produced by Aki Co. Ltd in Japan, the range consists of Animal Series, Character Series, Life Size Animals like the giraffe images in the gallery  above and robotic mannequins such as the D+ropop as seen in the images and video below.
