ImageSnap Puts Your Photos On Ceramic Tiles

You take lots of pictures.  And you post that voluminous amount of digital images to anywhere they’d let you — Flickr, Facebook, Picasa, Instagram and every other two-bit website with an upload button.  You also hang them all over your house, display on your desk at work and keep tons on your phone to show off when you’ve got someone trapped in an elevator going up 35 floors.  ImageSnap adds another way to let you enjoy those pictures: ceramic tiles.

Yep, real tiles you can lay over your bathroom walls and floors, as well as put all over the kitchen countertop.  That way, you can stare at photos you’ve taken even while you hit the shower, take a tinkle or gut that hapless chunk of meat with your Bear Claw Meat Handler.

ImageSnap will print your images directly onto an erstwhile ceramic tile, coating it with either a gloss or matte finish.  They offer the tiles in a variety of sizes: Teeny (2 x2 inches), Classic (4.25 x 4.25 inches), Ditto (6 x 6 inches), Pivot (6 x 8 inches), Otto (8 x 8 inches), Reflection (8 x 10 inches) and Slab (12 x 12 inches).  The smallest one comes with a stick-on magnet that you can put in the back for slapping on your fridge door, while the largest one should be heavy enough (5 pounds) to break someone’s face with.  We’re not sure how you’re supposed to hang these things on a wall without ruining the paint job, but we’ll leave you to figure that part out.

The website allows users to both upload images or simply import directly from Instagram.  Prices start at $4.
