No, these aren’t playable mini-arcades like many retro toys we’ve seen over the years. Instead, the NAMCO Arcade Machine Collection are strictly ornamental toys that allow you to decorate any tabletop like a miniature arcade hall straight out of the 1980s.

Styled to look like dead-accurate replicas of the arcade cabinets of your youth (or your dad’s youth), these things should bring the memories rushing in spades. Whether you’re looking for a unique toy to decorate the office cubicle or reconstructing the arcade hall of your youth, it’s going to be hard to get anything more accurate than these.

Each piece in the NAMCO Arcade Machine Collection is a 1/12-scale reproduction that uses the original schematics and cabinet artwork of the original machines. Everything is recreated in faithful detail, from the controls and the screen to the coin slot and the individual art pieces, albeit minus the blinking lights and 8-bit sound effects. At 5.5 feet tall, they should pair nicely with six-inch action figures, allowing you to turn a corner of your desk into a busy gaming station.

Sadly enough, only five titles are available for now, namely Pac Man, Tank Battalion, Galaga, Galaxian, and Rally-X. With each one constructed from ABS, though, you should be able to paint over the cabinets for redesigning to your own liking, so you can recreate any arcade cabinet you want if you’re so inclined.

Available now, the NAMCO Arcade Machine Collection is priced at ¥2,759.
