Weaponized canes have been the subject of many comic book fantasies. They’ve been fitted with hidden knives, dart guns and all manner of offensive artillery. This million-volt stunner, however, sounds like the perfect protection for any city-prowlin’ old timer.
As a walking aid, the Zap Cane can support weights of up to 250 lbs., apart from being adjustable in height between 32 to 36 inches. Since the typical senior citizen cane user tends to have bad eyesight, too, it comes with a built-in LED flashlight to help you navigate your way around dark alleys and dimly-lit parks.
The real gem, of course, is the tasering capability, which should knock down any bad-mannered attacker upon contact.
