A branching headphone splitter, this does your cute Splitterbot one better by throwing in three audio ports. That means three headphones, one iPod — and all the fun that comes with that. By fun, of course, we mean three heads butting trying to look at the track info on the screen at the same time.
The Music Branch is a small plastic fob that actually looks like a miniature toy gun. It’s intended to look like a tiny branch, though, measuring 2.9 x 1.6 x 0.5 inches. You get a trio of 3.5 mm ports at varying angles, so your cables don’t have to tangle into a sordid mess.
The main plug comes with a cover that includes a hook on the side for slotting onto your Hookeychain. You can also wear it as a pendant, if you’re into plastic thingies hanging off your neck. It comes in three colors — brown, white and light blue.
