Stealth Panel PCs Bring Industrial Ruggedness To All-In-Ones

Your house can be a battlefield.  With kids running amuck and unwanted guests disturbing the peace, you need a computer that can withstand the endless battles that ensue.  If you’re looking for an all-in-one machine, Stealth’s new Panel PCs just might be your thing.

Like the brand’s other computers, this one is built with industrial strength, being designed primarily for marine, aviation, security and other taxing applications.  With your home being a war-torn abode, we’re sure it will fit right in.

The bulk of Stealth’s past offerings have been in the form of rugged, small form-factor desktop rigs  and the Panel PC is simply an extension of that.  The proprietary industrial cases come attached to the back of a resistive touchscreen panel, which comes in three size options (15-, 17- and 19-inches).  Built for rugged use, the boxes are sealed shut for protection, leaving them easily able to withstand rain, windblown dust and even a hosing down with water.

Specs, of course, are customizable to your needs, with options in processors, memory (up to 4GB), storage (HDD/SSD) and optical burners (DVD/Bluray).  Standard connectivity include four USB 2.0 ports, a pair of PS/2 ports, four COM ports, gigabit ethernet and VGA, with an optional dual PCI expansion kit.

Granted, the Stealth Panel PC isn’t bulletproof, which is what you’d probably want if your house reminds you of a scene from a post-apocalypse movie.  Still, it’s probably as tough as all-in-one PCs get.  You can order it now, with prices starting at $2,995 for the 15-inch units.
