Tree-O Frame Lets You Hang Three Hammocks In Close Proximity

Hanging hammocks close to each other can make for terrific bonding time with family and friends. Problem is, it’s not that easy to find tree setups where you can actually mount multiple hammocks in close proximity. That won’t be a problem with the Tree-O Frame, a clever solution for hanging a trio of hammocks in one place.

Made by Treble Hammocks, it’s a webbing frame that’s designed to strap around trees, with multiple loops throughout its length for mounting up to three hammocks comfortably. The hammocks are mounted in a triangle configuration, too, making it easy to socialize with the folks swinging on the two adjacent hanging beds.

The Tree-O Frame is a Y-shaped webbing frame consisting of two eight-foot lines and one 14-foot line, with a 14-foot strap at the end of each line that lets you loop it securely around trees. It comes with 10 loops on the shorter lines and 12 loops on the longer one, so you can mount the hammocks really close together or a bit farther apart. To set up, simply strap each end of the frame onto a different tree (it doesn’t matter how the trees are spaced), clip the carabiners on your hammocks onto loops in two different lines, and you’ve got a set of hanging beds waiting for your crew to chill on. Each frame can support up to 800 pounds, so you can use larger hammocks if you want a bit more people joining in on the fun.

A Kickstarter campaign is currently running for the Tree-O Frame. Pledges to reserve a unit starts at $79.
