Worky Home Office Crams A Proper Workspace Setup Inside A Slim Suitcase That Fits Under Most Furniture

Some people do remote work with a proper home office setup. Others just park in their favorite lounger, their bed, or the dining table to get their work done from there. If you want to make your work-from-home feel just a little more professional but don’t want the hassle of a full-fledged home office rig, the Worky Home Office offers a potentially suitable alternative.

A self-contained workspace, it combines a number of office essentials inside a slim suitcase that you can simply open and lay down on any desk to give it a functional work area. Whether you’re working out of the dining table in the kitchen, the coffee table in the living room, or the plastic table in the backyard, this has everything you need to turn it into a productive place to get things done.

The Worky Home Office starts out as a wide and tall suitcase with a slim profile, making it suitable for hiding under furniture, sliding inside cabinets, or simply standing flush against the wall, so it’s easy enough to find a way to store it in your home. Once opened, it reveals a handy workstation setup that starts out with a designated section on the left side to set down your laptop, which should be large enough to accommodate all notebook computers up to 15.6 inches.

There’s a four-port power strip behind it with both standard outlets and USB slots, so you can plug in your laptop and gadgets without running a cable anywhere else, as well as a cable storage compartment next to it where you can keep that laptop charger and all the other wires you use throughout the day. On the right side are two storage compartments: a large one for documents and files; and a smaller one for various small office supplies (paper clips, staples, and the like).

The Worky Home Office has a large whiteboard occupying the other side of the clamshell, with built-in storage on the right bottom corner for up to four markers and even a stack of Sticky Note pads. That’s right, it gives you a dry-erase surface to jot down reminders, organize your thoughts, or make a list of things you need to finish throughout the workday. The whiteboard, by the way, is surrounded by LEDs, which you can turn on when you need extra lighting, so you can look good during videoconference meetings.

When folded up, the case measures 26 x 16 x 3.5 inches, so it’s compact enough to comfortably stash away and easily carry anywhere in the house, so you can start the day working on the coffee table and move over to the dining table when the kids decide to fire up their daily supply of CoComelon in the living room TV. We know… working in a home where CoComelon is the soundtrack of choice doesn’t make for the best working environment, but you do what you can. You’re a real modern hero.

The Worky Home Office is available now, priced at $149.99.
